HIGHQA/EPICOR Middleware

Sole developer of a 6-figure quality middleware integrating Epicor ERP with HIGHQA, automating factory-wide QC workflows. The software was later sold to HIGHQA.

Developed middleware that integrates Epicor ERP with HIGHQA quality control software, enabling seamless data flow between systems. Built as the sole developer, this 6-figure middleware automated QC documentation and reporting across the entire factory floor.

Key features include Timed Synchronization, Token-based Authentication, Error Handling, Dynamic Data Processing, SMTP Integration, Closing Jobs, and Swagger API Management.

The software was later sold to HIGHQA for productization. At GCM, the integration increased QC throughput by roughly 300% and eliminated about 16 hours/day of manual work.
